Articuno (Japanese: フリーザー Freezer) is a legendary bird Pokémon that can control ice. The flapping of its wings chills the air. As a result, it is said that when this Pokémon flies, snow will fall.

Moltres (Japanese: ファイヤー Fire) is a dual-type Fire/Flying Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon. Along with Articuno and Zapdos, it is one of the three Legendary birds of Kanto.
